Dear Brushy Creek MUD residents,

While the Community Center was closed Aug. 15-17, our staff completed several projects and improvements throughout the facility. We know closures can be an inconvenience, so we appreciate your patience while we worked to keep the Community Center looking and functioning its best.

Here’s a look at what was accomplished:

• Recarpetedthe vestibule at the Recreation-side entrance;

• Added sight windows to the Craft Room and Administration Suite doors;

• Pressure washed building entrances, the back patio, and walk-off mats;

• Added safety blocks at the Recreation entrance;

• Completed the soft-close cabinet installation in the Craft Room;

• Deep cleaned grout in the kitchen and Craft Room;

• Cleaned the gym floors;

• Recoated the locker room flooring;

• Completed improvements to the Family Restroom shower.

These projects may seem like small improvements individually, but together they help keep the Community Center safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming for everyone who uses it.
