4/17/2026 - NOTICE: Mulch to be installed in park playscapes throughout BCMUD April 20-28
Dear Brushy Creek MUD residents and visitors,
As part of facilities maintenance, crews will be installing engineered wood fiber (EWF) at playscapes across the District. Parks will remain open, but please note that playground areas will be temporarily closed while work is underway.
The following schedule details when and where the installations will occur, and all work is weather permitting:
- Monday, April 20 (8–10 a.m.)
- North Park, 9400 O’Connor Dr.
- Racine Trail Park, 201 Racine Tr.
- Tuesday, April 21 (8–10 a.m.)
- Brushy Creek Community Park, 2310 Brushy Creek Rd.
- Creekside Park — 4300 Brushy Creek Rd.
- Wednesday, April 22 (8–10 a.m.)
- Sendero Valley Park — 3700 Sendero Springs Dr.
- Sendero Springs Park — 4200 Sendero Springs Dr.
