ARMCHAIR TRAVELER: MOUNT RUSHMORE

Come to the community center and have a snack and we'll explore the world, past and present! This month we’ll virtually travel to Mount Rushmore National Memorial, a massive sculpture carved into Mount Rushmore in the Black Hills region of South Dakota. Completed in 1941, we’ll explore it’s background and history, its construction, and even learn about the secret chamber!. Light snacks provided. Explore the world without leaving Brushy Creek!
